WORKSHEETS & FINAL CHART. The first and third charts are  the  challenged or questioned signatures in this case. The middle signature is one of  eight known  signatures used at the trial to demonstrate the differences between the "known" signatures and the forgery. The top and middle signatures were used to explain and demonstrate the methodology involved in the comparison and identification process. A total of thirty-one identified and marked differences  were demonstrated in this session. For tactical  trial reasons certain of the identification aspects such as: slant, slope, placement, punctuation, etcetera, were not charted on the final version which reflects only twenty-two individualization characteristics.
